We give you several payment options :

Bank card We accept bank cards that are part of the CB, Visa, and eurocard Mastercard networks. We also accept the CA DO card issued by la Banque Postale and sold through la FNAC. For the safety of your online payments, we use the payment platform of BNP-Paribas. To ensure a completely secure transaction, the page where you'll be invited to enter your card's data uses the SSL encryption protocol and the SIPS security system. That means that the data linked to your order and your bank card number aren’t printed on any paper. mamaNANA doesn’t know your card number.

Bank or postal check- France only If you choose payment by bank or postal check, we’ll ship your items when we’ve received your check. We reserve your items for three business days after the order has been placed; after that, if we haven’t received your payment, we can’t assure that all of the items will still be in stock when we finally receive your payment.

PayPal Payment by PayPal is possible if you have a PayPal account.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, then this payment method won’t work for you.

Wire transfer Payment by wire transfer is possible for all customers. Upon validating your order, we’ll provide you with our wire address. If you choose this option, we’ll ship your items when our bank confirms that the wire transfer has been credited to our account. We reserve your items for three business days after the order has been placed; after that, if we haven’t received your payment, we can’t assure that all of the items will still be in stock when we finally receive your payment.

Please note: when asking your bank to make the wire transfer, you should check the box to pay not only your own bank's fees but also our bank's fees. Otherwise, the amount credited to our account won't be enough to pay your invoice, and we'll wait for the balance before shipping your order.

CA DO Checks sold through la Banque Postale—France only

If you choose payment by CA DO check, we’ll ship your items when we’ve received your check or checks. If you pay by CA DO check, and the amount of the order is greater than the face value of the CA DO check or checks, then you can pay the balance by bank or postal check (again, France only). We reserve your items for three business days after the order has been placed; after that, if we haven’t received your payment, we can’t assure that all of the items will still be in stock when we finally receive your payment.

If the face value of a CA DO check is greater than the amount of the order, then we unfortunately can’t reimburse the difference. We check the validity of CA DO checks before shipment.
