We stand by our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, for any reason at all, you can return an item for reimbursement or exchange.
The process to follow :
You have 30 days from delivery for a return.
A returned item must be perfectly fit for resale, with all its tickets and in its orginal plastic packaging. Clothing must not have been either worn or washed. Because a pump is an intimate product, we can accept a pump return only if it has never been used, not even tested once.
We ask you to please contact us, before any return or exchange, by a message sent from our website, using the Contact Us button. In this message you should indicate:
your complete name
your order number
if you want to exchange the article(s) or be reimbursed
what you want to receive in place of the article(s) that you’re exchanging, if applicable
the reasons for the exchange or return (your observations are very helpful to us).
We’ll respond to your message as quickly as possible, generally within one day. We ask that you please wait to receive our reply before dispatching your return package. Unless we’ve indicated otherwise, you should return the article(s) to our office (and not to the warehouse whose address is on the package). Here’s the office address:

We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking for any return or exchange. That way you’ll know that we’ve received your package. And we suggest that you reuse the box in which you received your order, if it’s in good condition : recycling is both ecological and economical.
Cost for the shipment back to us
If we’ve made a mistake, or if an article has a defect, we’ll reimbuse your assumed return shipping cost (at the rate of a tracked package with your national postal service), and we’ll pay the cost of shipping you a replacement article, if applicable. Otherwise, we don’t reimburse your shipping cost back to us.
Cost for a new shipment to you
If we’ve made a mistake, or if an article has a defect , we’ll pay the shipping cost to send you a replacement article. In addition, if you want to exchange an article for the same model but a different size or color, then we’ll pay for the shipment back to you at an address in "mainland" France, up to one free supplemental shipment per order. If the address is outside mainland France, then we’ll need to invoice you for the supplemental shipment, but the invoice will indicate a credit of 7.95 euros off the first supplemental shipping cost per order.
