• Wear it alone, or under an open blouse or cardigan.

• Helpful hint: “Regular” nursing pads may be noticeable and bulky under this camisole top (especially in the light colors). We recommend LilyPadz® silicon nursing pads, thinner and more discreet than the classical nursing pad. 
• You'll notice a reference to a DD cup size, which is the British equivalent of a French E cup. According to the manufacturer, this top fits bra sizes up to a French F cup (a British E cup). The built-in bra will not give enough support for larger cup sizes. However, according to our clients, the bra gives “barely just” enough support for those with a French E cup (British DD) : enough support for sleeping or staying at home, but not enough to be worn outside while moving, walking etc. Our suggestion : for cup sizes of French E more (British DD or more), and especially if you want to wear the camisole alone (without a shirt or cardigan), we recommend instead the corsierre, which offers better support for larger bustlines, including cups up to French size H.

• To measure your under-the-breast perimeter, use a fabric measuring tape.
• This measurement is the diameter of your bust right under your breasts.  Use a fabric measuring tape and place it right under your breasts.  Make sure the measuring tape is laid horizontally across your back (look in a mirror or ask someone to help you).  Ensure you don’t capture any of the breast tissue while measuring.

*Please note: according to the manufacturer this top can fit up to a French F cup (a UK E cup) in the XL size.  However our customer feedback indicates that this top will not provide enough support to a woman who wears French F or UK E cup bras – even a woman who wears French E or UK DD cup bras might find the support lacking, especially if the top is worn on its own.
